7 Days Return/Replacement


You may initiate the request for return of the Product if:
(i) Product is damaged;
(ii) Product is defective or is not in working condition;
(iv) parts of the Product or accessory is missing; or
(v) the Product ordered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on the website;


You shall initiate such requests for a return within 7 (seven) days from the date on which you receive the delivery of the Product (“Return Period”).


(b) You shall keep the Products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, and original accessories in original packaging for a successful return pick-up. We would accept the request for return of such Product subject to the terms of this Policy.

Refund process is initiated only after a return is processed as per Returns Policy. The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account, or will be refunded to the same card, depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Artisan Furniture.
